AIツールの解約手順一覧13本と年払いの注意｜返金の窓は48時間〜15日、日割りは戻らない【2026年9月】

AI ツールの「解約」は、今すぐ止めて返金を受ける操作ではなく、次の更新を止める操作です。今回公式ヘルプを開いた 13 本のうち、解約の効く時期を書いているものは、どれも現在の請求期間の終わりまで使える形でした。押した瞬間に使えなくなるツールはありません。

そのうえで、年払いの残りは日割りで戻らないのが基本です。HeyGen は年払いの解約を「unused months are not prorated or automatically refunded」、n8n の規約は年払いを「a non-refundable payment which will be payable in advance」、Zapier の返金ポリシーは月払いと年払いの両方を non-refundable に挙げています。

解約するなら、順番は 3 つです。①カードの明細で請求元（ツール本体か、Apple・Google か）を確かめる、②次の請求日の前日までに解約する、③返金の窓（48 時間〜15 日）の内側なら、解約とは別に返金を申し出る。窓はツールと購入経路で決まるので、下の 2 つの表で自分の行を探してください。

解約ボタンはどこにあり、いつ効くのか

13 本ぶん、公式ヘルプが書いている画面の順路と、解約が効く時期を並べます。ChatGPT は、アプリで契約した場合の Apple と Google Play の手順です。

自分の画面だけで解約が終わらないものもあります。Synthesia の自己解約は「Self-serve cancellation is available on the Starter and Creator plans.」で、署名した Order Form のある Enterprise は担当チームへの連絡です。Cursor の Teams プランは管理者だけが解約でき、未払いの請求書があると解約のボタンが出ません。

返金は「いつまでに言うか」で決まる

解約の画面とは別に、返金には期限があります。窓の短い順に並べます（Surfer は今回開いた解約のページに返金の記載が無いため除いています）。

窓の幅は 48 時間から 15 日まで、7 倍以上の開きがあります。Descript と Google Play は「日」ではなく「48 時間」で、金曜の夜に課金されたら月曜の朝には過ぎています。逆に HeyGen は 15 日あり、月払いなら請求期間の半分を使ってから判断できます。

条件の付き方も一様ではありません。ElevenLabs・Cursor・Speechify は「使っていないこと」が条件で、Cursor は 14 日以内でもその請求期間に使っていれば対象外です。Speechify は Text to Speech の HD ワード 500、AI Studio の 2 分、Audiobook のクレジット未使用と、製品ごとに線を引いています。n8n は「アカウントを解約していること」が返金の条件なので、返金だけ申し出ても受理されません。

年払いを途中でやめると、残りの月はどうなるか

年払いは支払った時点で 1 年ぶんが確定します。今回の 13 本で、公式ページが日割りや途中の返金を否定しているのは次の 6 本です。

• HeyGen: 「your access continues through the remainder of your paid year; unused months are not prorated or automatically refunded」
• n8n: 「If you sign up to an annual plan, this is a non-refundable payment which will be payable in advance.」
• Zapier: 返金ポリシーが non-refundable の対象に「Monthly and annual plans」を明記
• Speechify: 「Speechify does not offer partial refunds. If you've used the service for part of the billing cycle and then canceled, you will not be eligible to receive a refund for the charge」
• Descript: 「If you cancel or downgrade your plan partway through your monthly or annual billing term, your plan stays active until the end of that term. Descript doesn't offer prorated refunds for unused time on your billing cycle.」
• Cursor: 「Cursor does not issue prorated refunds when you downgrade an active subscription that already has usage during the current billing period.」

つまり年払いの解約は、返金の手続きではなく翌年の更新を止める予約です。残るのは「年額の割引」と「1 年ぶんの拘束」を取引した結果だけで、途中でやめても取引はやり直せません。

切り替えの向きによって効き方が変わる点にも注意が要ります。Descript は「If upgrading your plan or switching from monthly to annual billing, changes apply immediately.」で、年払いから月払いへの切り替えは現在のサイクルの終わりに効きます。Zapier も「When you downgrade to a lower tier, changes occur at the end of that monthly or annual billing cycle, not immediately.」としたうえで、「If you switch from annual to monthly, you will lose the discount.」と書いています。Claude は月払いから年払いへ切り替えると請求期間がその場で年に変わり、「Any unused time from your monthly subscription will be automatically credited to your first annual invoice.」で未使用分が最初の年額請求に充当されます。

年払いに上げるのは一瞬、下げるのは次の更新まで待つ。この非対称が、年払いの実質的な注意点です。

解約したのに請求が来ることがある

解約を押した日と、請求サイクルの切れ目がずれていると、もう 1 回課金されます。ElevenLabs のヘルプがこの仕組みを明示しています。

When you initiate a cancelation, it doesn't take effect immediately. Instead, it cancels the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.

そのうえで、サイクルが終わったあと新しい請求書を払う前に解約した場合は「the new cycle has already begun. In this case, the system will not cancel the subscription until the end of the new cycle.」と続きます。請求サイクルが切り替わったあとに解約すると、その新しいサイクルの終わりまで契約が続く、という説明です。

締め切りを時間で書いているのは Claude で、「To avoid being charged for your next billing period, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.」です。更新日の当日に思い出しても間に合いません。Canva は「Our billing system runs on UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Depending on your time zone, a charge can appear a day earlier than expected.」と、請求が予想より 1 日早く見えることがあると書いています。

解約したのに請求が続く原因として、Canva は「You have more than one Canva account, and only canceled one.」と「You subscribed through Google Play or the App Store.」を挙げています。アカウントや購入経路が 2 つあると、片方を止めてももう片方の請求は続きます。

もう 1 つ、混同しやすいのが返金と解約の関係です。Claude のヘルプは「Requesting a refund doesn't cancel your subscription.」と明記し、Cursor も「Canceling stops future charges. It does not refund a charge that has already been processed.」です。返金と解約は別の手続きなので、両方を行う必要があります。取り消しの窓も用意されていて、ElevenLabs は請求サイクルが終わる前なら Resume subscription で解約を取り消せ、Zapier は Billing and usage ページの「Cancel downgrade」、Canva は解約をリクエストしてまだ有効な間なら Billing ページの「Stay on Canva Pro」などで取り消せます。Synthesia は「Contact the Synthesia Support Team within 48 hours of cancelling to reverse it, where possible.」です。

解約後に残るもの（データ・生成物・クレジット）

解約後に何が残るかは、ツールによって正反対です。ここが今回いちばん差の大きかった項目でした。消える側から並べます。

ChatGPT・Claude・Zapier・Speechify は、今回開いた解約のページに解約後のデータの扱いの記載が無かったため、表に入れていません。

Surfer は解約＝消去です。作りかけの Content Editor も、登録したサイトも残りません。Synthesia も、期間が終わってからでは動画を取り出せません。この 2 本は、解約ボタンを押す前ではなく、請求期間が終わる前に書き出しを済ませる必要があります。Gemini（Google AI Pro）は、Google アカウントの使用量が無料の 15 GB を超えていると、解約後に Gmail の送受信まで止まります。解約の前に容量を 15 GB 未満に減らしておくのが順序です。

逆に Canva・Cursor・HeyGen・ElevenLabs・Descript は、作ったものが無料プランに残ります。無料プランに落として使い続けるときの上限は、Cursor・Canva・Gemini・Claude・ElevenLabs・Descript の料金の記事にあります。

編集部は各社の有料プランを契約して解約を実行するところまでは確かめていません。ここに並べた手順と条件は、すべて各社とアプリストアの公式ヘルプと規約の記載です。

解約せずに止める道はあるか

いったん止めたいだけなら、一時停止を持つツールがあります。今回の 13 本では HeyGen と Canva の 2 本で、止め方の代償が違います。

HeyGen の一時停止は「Pausing your plan postpones your next charge by exactly one billing cycle (usually 30 days).」で、次の請求が 1 周期（通常 30 日）ぶん後ろにずれます。その間は「Your account temporarily switches to the Free plan.」で無料プラン扱いになり、代償もはっきり書かれています。

At this exact moment, your credit balance expires entirely. Unused credits are permanently lost and will not return when your subscription resumes.

つまり HeyGen はクレジットを使い切ってから止めるのが順序です。また一時停止は「only available on Desktop and is not supported via mobile app stores」で、アプリストア経由の契約では使えません。

Canva は月払いでも年払いでも 3 か月止められ、「The pause begins once your current billing period ends, then your plan will automatically resume after three months.」です。ただし年払いは「you can pause if you have less than two months until your plan renews」で、更新まで 2 か月を切ってからしか止められません。止めている間は有料機能も止まり、iOS の App Store 経由の契約では一時停止を使えません。

ElevenLabs には一時停止がありません。「It's not possible to pause your paid subscription.」と書いたうえで、解約すれば無料プランに移るだけで作ったものは消えないこと、Subscription ページからいつでも再契約できることを案内しています。休む期間が 1 か月を超えるなら、ElevenLabs では解約が一時停止の代わりになります。

アプリで契約したものは、アプリの店で解約する

スマートフォンのアプリから申し込んだ場合、解約先はツールの画面ではなく Apple か Google です。Google Play は「重要: アプリをアンインストールしても、定期購入は解約されません。」と明記し、Canva と HeyGen も同じ注意を書いています。

返金の窓口も店に移ります。Apple は reportaproblem.apple.com から申請し、ページに期限の記載はありません。Google Play は、購入から 48 時間以内なら購入の内容によって Google Play から払い戻しを受けられる場合があり、それを過ぎたらアプリのデベロッパーに問い合わせる形です。ツール側も店での購入には手を出せず、Cursor は「Apple is the merchant of record for in-app purchases, so Cursor can't issue refunds for them.」、Canva は App Store 経由の返金を Apple に回すよう案内しています。

ElevenLabs は iOS・Android アプリについて「visit your Account page in the app and cancel using the Apple or Google 'Manage subscriptions' settings.」とし、返金も「request a refund directly through the App Store or Play Store」です。Claude はアプリ内の Billing → Manage subscription からでも、Apple・Google の設定からでも解約でき、返金は iOS が reportaproblem.apple.com、Android は Google Play のメールアドレスか GPA 注文番号を添えてサポートへ、と経路が分かれます。Speechify も返金ポリシーでアプリストアでの購入を最終確定の販売としています。HeyGen の返金の窓が Apple App Store だけ 14 日で、直販と Google Play の 15 日より 1 日短いのも、購入経路ごとに扱いが分かれる例です。

どこで申し込んだかを覚えていないなら、まずカードや決済の明細で請求元を見るのが早道です。Apple のヘルプも、Apple からの領収書メールが見つからないときは「銀行やクレジットカードの明細をお調べください」としています。海外ツールの請求がどこから立つかは海外SaaSの支払い方法とカードの上乗せにまとめています。

向かない人

• 今月の請求をすぐ取り消したい人。13 本のどれも解約は次の更新を止める操作で、返金は別の申し出になります。窓を過ぎていれば、残りの期間を使い切るのが唯一の回収方法です。
• 年払いの割引だけを見て契約する人。途中でやめても残りは戻らず、月払いに下げられるのは次の更新日です。年払いにするのは、返金の窓（48 時間〜15 日）を過ぎたあとも使い続けた実績ができてからで間に合います。
• 作ったものを取り出す時間が取れない人。Surfer は期限切れで Content Editor も Audit も消え、Synthesia は期間が終わると動画を取り出せません。

数か月だけ止めたいなら、今回の 13 本で一時停止があるのは HeyGen と Canva です。HeyGen はクレジットを使い切ってから、Canva の年払いは更新まで 2 か月を切ってから止めるのが、損をしない順序です。
